"Guess I'm not like other guys." Zei ik met een glimlach en ik sloeg mijn jasje over haar schouders. Zij had tenslotte een jurkje met spaghetti bandjes aan en ik had gewoon een dikke shirt aan. "Nope. No elevators for me."

‘Not only unique but also a gentleman. I’m quite impressed Justin’. Het verbaasd me toch dat hij zijn jasje om me heen slaat. Daarom mag ik dus niemand beoordelen op hun uiterlijk, tot nu toe is hij heel netjes. ‘But I don’t want you to get cold, so you can have it back’. ‘The stairs is healthier any way’.

Justin:
"No, it's fine. I rarely ever get cold." Zei ik gemeend. Ik kwam uit Canada, ik kon echt wel wat kou aan. "Exactly." Zei ik met een lachje. "How about you? Your biggest fear?"

Macy
‘Well thanks gentleman’. Hij heeft me toch wel positief verrast, maar ik wil hem nog niet te veel credits daarvoor geven. Hij kan me namelijk nog teleurstellen. ‘My biggest fear? Heights for sure. I have no clue why people are bungeejumping, jumping out of a plane and that kind of stuff. I need to hold back tears in a ferris wheel’ geef ik toe.

Justin:
Ik lachte zachtjes en knikte begrijpend. "I like that, actually. I like taking those risks." Zei ik. "I've went bungeejumping one time. I felt most alive at that point."

Mia
‘You did what?! Gosh people like you scare me’ zeg ik met een lachje. ‘Like for real? Tell me what’s the fun in having the feeling you’re gonna fall and die?’.

Justin:
"It might sound super deep and shit, but it feels so.. Freeing. I don't know." Lachte ik zachtjes.

Mia
Ik kijk hem aan en glimlach zwakjes. Ik heb lang niet meer een goed gesprek gehad met een jongen en hij is echt heel fijn om mee te praten. Ik streel een plukje haar achter mijn oor. ‘I get the free feeling it gives you. But god I am such a pussy, I could never. You should hear me scream in roller coasters. You’ll think that I am dying’.

Justin:
Ik lachte zachtjes. "It's fun. I swear." "But I really understand why you're afraid of it."

Mia
Ik glimlach zwakjes en kijk ik zijn prachtige bruine ogen. Ik ben nog nooit zo onder de indruk geweest van een jongen. ‘I didn’t quite expect it that I would leave the club to go sit outside with a stranger. But I have to be honest, I am very much enjoying it’.

Justin.
“Me too.” Zei ik met een glimlach. Het was wel oprecht gezellig met haar. Ik hoopte haar wel eerdaags mijn bed in te krijgen.

‘We could get some icecream or something? Unless you wanna get back to the club’ stel ik voor. Normaal ben ik zo moeilijk en wil ik niet eens met een jongen praten, maar Justin geeft me echt een relaxed gevoel.

Justin.
“Are there any ice cream shops nearby?” Vroeg. “Which are still open?”

‘I’d suggest McDrive, that’s always open here. And I am still sober enough to drive’. Ik bestudeer zijn gezicht weer even en zucht zachtjes. Damn, ik heb oprecht nog nooit iemand gezien die zo erg mijn type is.

Justin:
"Are you here by car?" Vroeg ik. Ik was met Chaz meegereden, dus dat kwam wel echt heel handig uit. "I'm always down for the McDrive."

Mai
‘Yeah, I was planning to stay sober tonight, but I am sober enough’. ‘Now I am thinking about it, can you drive? I don’t feel like driving in heels’.

Justin:
"Amazing, 'cause my friend just dropped me off." Zei ik. "I can drive, sure." Zei ik met een knikje.

Mai
Ik geef hem mijn autosleutels en eenmaal bij mijn auto stop ik. ‘This is my car’. Als we eenmaal in de auto zitten kijk ik hem aan. ‘You’re dangerous.. I feel too comfortable with you’ merk ik op. Normaal ben ik zo moeilijk en zou ik dit nooit doen. Maar ik voel me zo op mijn gemak.

Justin:
"I won't kidnap you, I promise." Zei ik zacht lachend en ik startte haar auto op. "I'm not from here, so I'ma need you to tell me how to drive."

‘I hope not, at least not in my own car please’ lach ik. ‘I am not sure but let’s just go there and then to the right. I think I saw a McDonalds’ sign on my way here’. ‘But Justin.. how is it possible that a guy like you is single? Or are you actually single’ vraag ik nieuwsgierig. Straks is hij gewoon niet eens single? En dan zit ik te flirten hier met iemand die bezet is.
